HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY BOOKINGS?

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
We have various special offers throughout the year that are listed on our website. Check one of them and you will surely find something convenient. If you book directly with us, we guarantee you the best price without any additional costs or fees.
DO I GET DISCOUNTS FOR LONGER STAYS?
Yes, you get discount for stays more than 7 days, more than 14 days, and more than 28 days.
WHAT IS YOUR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY?
Usual time for check-in is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Nevertheless, we often allow earlier check-in or later check-out for our guests in case they ask for it. It always depends mainly on our other guests and their arrivals or departures.
Check-in is possible anytime after 2:00 PM.
DO YOU HAVE ANY TWIN ROOMS?
Yes. Bedroom in Empire Deluxe Apartments can be set as twin room.
DO YOU SERVE BREAKFAST?
No, we do not serve breakfast in our facilities but there are many breakfast spots in the area that we can recommend. We do supply kitchen with some milk, cereals, tea, espresso, and soft drinks.
ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE OBJECT?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay.
DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING IN THE OBJECT?
No, smoking is strongly prohibited.
WHAT IS YOUR CHILD POLICY?
Children from age 0 to 2 are considered infants and they stay free of charge. We can provide you crib and it is free of charge. Children aged from 2 pay 20 Euros per night.
DO YOU PROVIDE PARKING?
As we are located in the very heart of downtown, we do not have our own parking spot. First parking solution is street parking that you need to find yourself which can be quit challenging sometimes. Daily ticket is 100 Kunas (approximately 14 Euros). Second parking solution is secured public garage at Petrinjska 59 for the daily ticket of 55 Kunas (7-8 Euros). Third parking solution is private parking located 50 meters from the apartment for the price of 20 Euros per day. It needs to be announced at least one day before and it is paid in cash to the parking staff.
CAN YOU ARRANGE SHUTTLE FOR ME?
Yes, we can arrange any domestic or international shuttle service from / to where you need. Shuttle price is 25 Euros per direction per car up to 2 people, and for more than 2 people it is 30 Euros per direction per car. Transfer is paid directly to the driver. This drive takes approximately 20 minutes.
HOW DO I GET TO THE APARTMENTS FROM THE AIRPORT?
In case you organise the arrival to the apartment by yourself you can use Uber or regular Taxi that are waiting at the arrival gates.
However, just because of the fact that the taxis that drive from the airport can charge you up to 50 Euros, we always try to emphasise this to our guests. This drive takes approximately 20 minutes.
Airport shuttle bus leaves the airport every 30 minutes and drives to the Main Bus Station. At Main Bus Station you can take the tram number 6, B direction and get off at Ban Jelačić Square. From there you can walk to the apartments. This transfer time varies and might take from 40 to 90 minutes.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS ONCE I CHECK-IN?
No, there are no additional costs. Taxes are included in booking price. Housekeeping is free on weekly basis.
I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD. CAN I BOOK AN APARTMENT?
Yes, you can book an apartment even without credit card. Deposit (or entire booking fee if you wish so) can be sent via regular Bank transfer or PayPal.
WHAT ARE HOUSE RULES?
Both other guests and residents of neighbouring buildings are entitled to their peace and quiet; house rules set quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
